Blake is a Certified Personal Trainer from one of the most nationally recognized training programs, the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He is TRX Suspension Training Certified, a New Balance Pro Care Fit Specialist and a Boot Camp Instructor.  Blake’s expertise includes helping clients to lose weight (body fat), working with diabetic patients and addressing orthopedic corrective exercises with his clients. Blake has an Associate’s Degree in Business from Menlo College and is currently working towards a Kinesiology degree. 

Blake has also worked with children for many years including the Austin Independent School District (AISD) as a Physical Education and Health Counselor mentor.

Blake believes lifestyle changes and good nutrition can make you better physically, mentally and spiritually. His sessions are as entertaining as they are effective and he'll make you enjoy showing up to your workouts.
