HOW TO MAKE THE PERFECT OMELET

salt and pepper, to taste
8 inch skillet with lid
coconut oil spray (or any clean cooking spray)
Heat an 8 inch skillet over medium heat
Meanwhile, whisk together 2 eggs with salt and pepper
When skillet is warm, spray with cooking spray. Pour eggs into the skillet and reduce the heat to low. Cover and let cook on low until eggs have set and cook through, about 3-5 minutes
Slide egg onto a plate and place desired filling on one side of the omelette. Fold in half and enjoy!
