Jason grew up in Zimbabwe where he lived until he was 15 when he moved to Texas and has been here since. Growing up he always had a passion for playing sports and staying healthy. After graduating, he attended West Texas A&M and received a B.A in Kinesiology. Since then he has become a certified strength and conditioning coach as well as a master trainer through NASM and ISSA. He has applied what he has learned to not only maintain a healthy fun lifestyle but create relationships with people to push them to learn and become the best versions of themselves. He loves to build a relationship with each and every client to help them reach their individual goals. He will build a plan to individually fit each person that allows them to attack and reach every goal, with him there every step of the way to guide them along the way.
