Kai grew up on the Big Island of Hawai’i and moved to Fort Worth after graduation to attend Texas Christian University. At TCU, he pursued his passion for fitness and earned a B.S. in Health & Fitness/Kinesiology and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Personal Trainer through NSCA. While he gave up the cozy island lifestyle to stay in Fort Worth, it has allowed him to promote healthy living among our great community. He truly enjoys partnering with clients to encourage and motivate them to achieve their lifestyle goals and his training style is fun, upbeat and intense coupled with detailed focus on form and technique. Most importantly, he understands that no one person is the same and creates individualized programs for every one of his clients. These programs not only address specific needs and wants but also evolve so that clients are always getting the most out of their sessions.

Kai is very knowledgeable in the physical fitness and health arena. He’s patient and know just how far to push. It had been many years since I worked out due to an injury and was nervous and cautious about starting a workout program. I have worked out with Kai for over 3 years now and trust him completely. He never has you do the same workout and I like that. Highly recommend especially to those who have never worked out or it’s been a while. You won’t regret it.
