The 30-day kick starter paks are comprised of mainly shake & meal days and 4 nutritionally supported cleanse days with products work together to flood your body with high quality protein, essential nutrients, antioxidants, natural extracts, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals. With nutritional rebalancing, you’re giving your body the real nutrition it needs while supporting the removal of harmful chemicals and impurities at the cellular level.
Shake days comprise of replacing 2 meals per day with a science backed and nutrient dense undenatured whey protein concentrate shakes which are soy-free and gluten free (dairy free and higher protein options also available), 2 100-200 calorie snacks mid-morning and afternoon (there are options that can be purchased additionally or by eating suggested foods you can get on your own, we'll provide suggestions!), and 1 400-600 calorie meal; along with a few dietary supplements that nourish your body's natural detoxification systems.

Cleanse days "aka intermittent fasting days" are comprised of a mixture of nutrients that assist your body in ridding toxins, and can be supplemented with a few approved snacks throughout the day. Don’t let this scare you! Why fast? Intermittent fasting helps with our metabolism by improving our blood sugar, decreasing visceral fat, reducing inflammation, decreasing hunger and protecting our brains. We are fasting but nutritionally supporting ourselves with calories without interfering with the fasting period. By allowing the cells in our body to open up pathways, toxins are released. This is not a number colon cleanse by the way—laxatives and fiber do nothing to remove impurities from your body at the cellular level. Our bodies were not designed to hold onto toxicity, chemicals and artificial fillers. With these products you are helping your body with the natural detoxifying process and letting our digestive system take a break. For weight loss goals, fasting anywhere from 24-48 hours is suggested - the first day is burning sugars at 80% and fat 20%, but the second is where the magic happens and fat is burned at 80%; for general decrease in toxicity, a nightly or modified cleanse is approved as well.
