Abundio has been a fitness staple in Fort Worth since the early 90s providing personal training sessions and group classes out of premier studios until he opened the doors to his flagship boutique fitness studio, Abundio's Studio, in 2010 and has since moved into our new home located in the Camp Bowie District rebranded as Abundio’s Fit Society in 2016.
His passion began far before at the young age of 10 when his parents signed him up for his first karate class in Bryan/College Station, and he has never looked back. Over his lifetime, some of his fitness accomplishments include reaching his 8th degree black belt in 2011, was inducted into the Martial Arts Master's Hall of Fame in 2013, along with taking several titles with the U.S. karate team, amateur boxing and kickboxing and bodybuilding competitions. Over the years, his expertise has led him into primarily personal training, where he thrives off of forming unshakeable bonds with his clients; some who he’s had for 20 years and generations of family members.
If you aren't inspired to live your best life within 5 minutes of talking with him, we don't know what will; his contagious energy and larger than life personality make you motivated for greatness. While his rock hard physique masks his XL heart of gold, don’t be fooled, Abundio is a master of the burn.
Abundio is available for private sessions for all ages in weight, body resistance and circuit training, non-combat fitness boxing and kickboxing, self-defense and American Taekwondo. TERMS
Monthly Dues & Personal Training Sessions are auto-drafted via CC on file every 4 weeks.
Recurring weekly time slots (i.e. Tues/Thurs 9am), not the total amount of sessions per month, are guaranteed to the client. Complimentary makeup sessions due to client cancellations are not guaranteed and are based upon availability. Additional sessions can be purchased to guarantee another time slot.
At times, it might be necessary to close AFS due to weather conditions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Fees are not refunded, canceled, or subject to guaranteed makeup sessions.
Monthly Dues pauses require a two-month minimum pause period and can be requested prior to your next autopay date by emailing AFS. Please note that session weekly time slots are not reserved unless monthly payments continue or otherwise will be released.
If the client chooses to discontinue, please request prior to your next autopay date by emailing AFS. Clients who choose to rejoin are subject to current rates and availability upon return.
