Before joining us in 2013, Josh studied kinesiology at Lamar University, learning more about in depth movements of the body and has received many certifications, including personal training with the American Sports and Fitness Association, circuit interval training and is highly knowledgeable on TRX, kettlebell and resistance training.

He strives to create a tight knit relationship with each of his clients and his magnetic energy will keep you motivated in his over-before-you-know-it sessions, you’ll be having so much fun that you’ll forget how hard you’re working - the results will speak for themselves. When he's not at the studio, you can find him partying on a bike as a Cyclestar spin instructor at Cyclebar Waterside
