Mitch started his personal training career 14 years ago in his hometown- a small army base in Northern Ontario, Canada, where he helped keep the soldiers and their families fit and healthy. Since then, he’s become an active member of the Fort Worth community, and has helped thousands of people get into the best shape of their lives, while having a great time doing it.
He thrives on teaching clients how to build a lean, muscular body, and the world-conquering confidence that comes with it. He loves to form a close and trusting relationship with each of his clients, while pushing them to be better today than they were yesterday.

He researched my sport and brought many different exercises that improved my explosiveness, strength, and conditioning.
